Steve Sandborg


PRINCIPAL

Steve Sandborg has over 25 years of leadership experience in real estate development and consumer products with expertise in product vision, marketing strategy and execution, sales management, branding, and operations. He has crafted comprehensive marketing programs and enhanced sales team performance for some of the most respected developers in the country, ultimately helping generate over $2 Billion in revenues on projects that have included high-rise condominiums, master planned residential communities, and resorts with luxury hotel brand affiliations.


A Proven Track Record of Results.

Steve’s experience also includes day-to-day operations experience having served as the developer representative overseeing a successful luxury high-rise condominium development.

Employers, clients and affiliated hotel partners in the real estate category have included Museum Tower, Vail Resorts, DMB, Colony Capital, The Irvine Company, Ritz-Carlton, Miraval, Auberge Resorts, InterCommunications, and Criswell Radovan with key project experience in mainland U.S., Hawaii, Mexico, Caribbean, Central America, and Russia.

Prior to focusing on real estate development, Steve held corporate marketing jobs at Philips Electronics and Knowledge Universe, and served in executive management positions at several global advertising agencies (Grey, Ogilvy & Mather, Bozell) working on brands such as Yamaha, Marriott Hotels, Fibar Snack bars, Pabst Brewing Company and Sizzler USA.

He holds a BA in Economics from UCLA. When not working, Steve spends time with his family and enjoys sailing, golf, mountain biking and Scuba Diving. He also makes time to serve on the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Club in his home town that serves over 1,700 kids annually.
